- Enter your existing Username and Password.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
- Verify Identity
- Identity verification is required to proceed.
- Enter basic personal (or business) information only you know.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Authenticate using MFA, with options including SMS or a email.
- Reset Password Prompt
- Set your new, secure Digital Banking password.
- Review Disclosures
- With your successful log in you will be presented with Terms and Conditions to accept.

- Navigate around all the new Digital Banking experience to discover the new features, tools and alerts – all designed to help you manage your finances.
Why are we updating our online banking platform and website?
We are making these updates to enhance user experience, improve security, and provide our members with more streamlined access to our services. Our goal is to ensure that banking with us is easier, faster, and more efficient.
When will the new online banking platform and website go live?
The new updates will be released on October 21, 2025.
Will my existing account information be transferred to the new system?
Yes, all your current account information, transaction history, and settings (including alerts, automatic transfers, bill payments, eStatements, and external account transfers) will be securely transferred to the new online banking platform.
Will there be any changes to my login credentials?
All existing members will use their current login ID and Password; you will be prompted to update your password, select a username and validate your identity for security purposes upon your first login after the transition.
What do I need to log in on or after October 21, 2025?
You will not need to re-register. Your existing account will seamlessly transition to the new platform. For your security, you will need to change your password the first time you log in to the new platform. We will also ask you additional security questions to validate your identity.
- Enter your CURRENT Username and Password
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
- We will confirm your identity through a code that will be sent to the email or phone number you have on file with us.
- We will ask you to validate your identity with a security question.
- We will prompt you to select your preferred @username and confirm that @username is available.
- Do not use the account or member number as your @username.
- Reset Password Prompt
- You will need to set up a new password
- We will ask you to verify/update some general information
- Once you’ve successfully logged in, you will need to review and accept our Terms & Conditions
